I did and I got a bruise the size of a baseball to prove it.

Anyone who has diabetes or any severe health problems should get one.

Better to be safe than sorry. I never believed in them until about 5 years ago now I won't be without one.

Nope... not me either. I do agree some people do need them. But please make

sure you have no cold or flu bug. My Mom went to the Doctor last year with a cold.

She told them. The nurse insisted she get a flu shot. She did and ended up with

pneumonia. This year again, she got the shot. And she of course got the flu again.

She is finally starting to get over it. Just make sure you are NOT sick when you

get it.

ME, no way.. I use to get them, but always ended up sick.

I haven't got mine yet this year but hopefully next week....as soon as I get over this stupid flu that I've had for the past 2 weeks. Today I think I'm finally winning out over the flu bug! It sucks when the flu bug arrives in town before the flu shots.

I've been getting a flu shot every year since 1985 and plan to keep on getting them every year.

Oh ouch!!! I hope your arm feels better soon!

I've gotten one every year for the past 10+ years. I see my doctor in a couple weeks and will get it then

Never had the actual flu and want to keep it that way.

For the last 2 years always in October, I have gotten my flu shot and was sick as a dog for 4 weeks after. So this year I am not going to get it. So far I feel great. But I know if I had that shot I would be sick right now!

Yes, every year since i was a little kid. Always feel weird when i go to get my flu shot with mom and dad and im the only one in the waiting room under 60 years old

. I still get sick, but not the flu flu...

I had asthma as a kid....i think it just kind of went away as i got older, but still get one every year...

NOpe. I used to but no longer have health insurrance so only the necessary things get done.

I plan to get mine next week. Waiting until I am over this darn cold I brought back from the World show.

Get mine at the County Health Department and that is not until the 24th of this month. Could go to my doctor and pay something like $30.00 but would rather go the the Health Department and give them that money as a donation so they can supply more shots for other people.

I work at a school so they are always offered to all us employees. Got one a few years ago. My arm swelled up and hurt for a week. Didnt feel any different that year than any other so I say NO WAY!!! Sheila

The latest recommendation is for everyone over the age of 6 months to get a flu shot every year. Some polling places will be having flu shots clinics on Election Day; you can find out more at http://www.voteandvax.com/.

(Can't help myself, this is one of the projects I consult on).

I cant get them as I am sensitive to eggs.

We take our Arbonne vitamins and my husband and I are healthy as horses!! Also drink our Arbonne detox tea, I 'm sure this is helping us stay healthy as we get the toxins out of us!!
