Update on our now 3 1/2 month old twins!

Both Riley and Blake are doing well! Cardiology appointments have gone well, Riley only goes every 3 months now, but Blake is still at once a month. Even though things can happen, they are sure Riley's surgery fixed her problem and she should do well. She still can not make any noise, damage from the vent, but won't know for months if it will be permanent. Blake just got over a viral infection, 10 days of vomiting, Riley had it for 4 days, Aidan (big brother) for 3 days. I just can't imagine going through that with 3 children under the age of 2, but my daughter did. She only hated it when one of them got sick in the car on the way to the doctor, so she had many changes of clothes for all 3 any time she left.

Both babies continue to grow, now smiling and cooing by Blake. Riley has learned how to suck air to make a squeek and is very proud of herself.

I have moved to TN and my computer isn't up yet, Blackberry won't let me add pictures, but I will soon!

Thanks to all for your continued prayers, it has worked. All doctors are amazed at their continued progress.

This is really great to read ! Your daughter sounds like she is an amazingly strong , pacient , loving woman... hmmm, does she take after her mom? from what i have read...I would have to say YES

I cant imagine the daily stress she must go through. she deserves an award. I dont know you , but I think maybe you moved to be closer to her ..

I am really happy for you , your daughter the kids , and did your ponys make it to you? I think you left them in what you thought were good hands ...and things turned out differently. I really hope in less than 3 weeks you are telling us that the horses are home , safe and happy, grandkids are continuing their healing , and you and your daughter are doing well , blessed and happy.
