We started on the Ulcerguard yesterday and she is already showing definite signs of improvement. She actually lifted her head and watched us come in the barn tonight and she was interested in the hay. This is a big difference over what she has been doing. We decided against the alfalfa b/c we are afraid it's too risky. We are going to check into the aloe vera juice and some of the other suggestions. We are so appreciative of all the suggestions and advice. Can't wait to get her feeling better!

When I had a horse with a stomach ulcer, the vet told me to give her a full dose for 4 weeks and then a half dose for 2 weeks. This is after he scoped her. She has had no problems since and it has been 3 years now.
