I just finished rereading "Watchers" written by Dean Koontz, i love this book, the story line is riveting, edge of my seat stuff. I can't remember what year it was when I first read this novel and I gave my copy to my SIL to read while she was in the hosp. and never got it back. It has since been on my mind and since I got a NOOK for Christmas, I decided to download it, it was a bit pricey from them, but well worth it. I think it is one of his best if not the best. Yes, Jill, he does say fronds in this one to, HAHA!

If you have read it what do you think of Einstien?

I've never read this one. Wasn't there a movie called 'Watchers'? My favorie Koontz book is 'Phantoms' but thats mostly because I saw the movie when I was a kid and it's always stuck with me. The book was pretty scary too. Lol

Since I read 77 Shadow street, I have wanted to read more of his books. I took What the night knows out from the library but will probably go to ebay and try to buy his books in bulk lots. Didn't think I would like these type of stories but they are fun.

This isn't creepy, but a little scary. I've give you alittle more info, just to wet your whistle. There is a lab conducting experiments on animals, one scientists objective is to creat an intellegent dog, but with all the characteristics of a dog, and still retain the joy and love of a dog. Another scientist creats a entitiy from a baboon, that is intellegent, but violent, as it was created for the military as a weapon. Problem is it can't be controlled. Both specimens escape from the lab. Both love mIckey Mouse! Both want love, even though one can't stop the violence.

Better stop there otherwise I'll ruin it for the others.

I did read it, and I remember I liked it, but that's about all I can remember (been too long w/ too many books inbetween). I really also liked DK's One Door Away From Heaven (is that the right title?), Odd Thomas books, the Christopher Snow books, and the Frankenstein ones

Love One Door Away From Heaven, if I remember correctly it's about a young girl, a boy (also a changling), and this one has a dog too. Full of action, and adventure.
