:aktion033: :aktion033: :aktion033: I love his markings!! Are you living in the barn??

Congrats!!!
Almost... Except for potty breaks and meals (gotta keep hubby fed, you know).

Actually, I had to leave them alone, Honey isn't used to excessive handling and she was getting upset with me there too much early in the day (by afternoon she was better).

Thank you all for the compliments. Not a bad start for my mini foaling experience. so glad Honey has experience with mini foals, this little guy was her fifth or sixth foal. [i've foaled out 3 full-size mares, but minis are so different.]

I have one name idea: HellCoulee Foxtrot

Don't know where it came from, it just came to me. Don't know what his barn name would be, although, Scooter just came to mind.

Not that it matters much, but it just dawned on me... MY FIL has a saddle horse named Scooter, could get a little confusing.

Congratulations! :aktion033: :aktion033: It always amazes me how they "know" how cold it's gonna be when they come out......look at all that hair!! Interesting blaze pattern too...it will be interesting to see what it looks like under all that fur! :bgrin

He is precious! I still remember when my very first mini foal was born back in 1989!!
