Well.... Marty the Grinch just left here...

Well, as most of you know, we are staying at my grandmother's house since Rita... well, the roofers have been working on her roof and have done a great job so far! Well, the guy that came to install the ridge vents ended up walking away with stuff out of our shed in the back.... The biggest thing was a chainsaw... What was scary to me (as a mother) was when we caught him, he was headed toward his truck with a 10X13 of our two year old from his first christmas, and various personal family albums that we have had to store in there... in boxes I might add... we called the police and made a report and when the guy came back from "empting his truck on his lunch" the police and his boss met him here. He had already gone when we realized the chainsaw was gone. We live in a very nice neighborhood, but since Rita, there have been a rash of break-ins etc... I guess 'cause all the out-of-towners still living here. Please everybody... send good thoughts our way... we need them.... ARGGHHHHHHHH!

Well... I'm not gonna worry too much about it anymore.... This has been such a bad year for us... and I know we all have good and bad years, and next year is already looking better.... so I'm gonna look to next year and enjoy the good times we'll have in the remainder of this one.

Why that dirty, rotten, low count, low life, pond sucking, Grinch!

Now that really gripes me to no end.

Two Christmas' ago, maybe it was three, someone broke into our storage on Christmas Eve and made off with some $10,000 worth of heavy duty large power tools that Jerry had to have to work with.

I hope that guy is in jail where he belongs. And then I hope the Elves come kick him right in the shins, or higher.

If they don't, just let me know and I'll send Baby Chrissy over there. She'll kick snot out of him fer ya.
