He had that really, really wide blaze, no blue eyes that I know of. But going on the theory that any white means some type of pinto I'm just curious as I have a daughter. She is solid chestnut and has only produced solid babies to my knowledge, but she has this mark on her lower lip that has always intrigued me. She has the tiniest of snips and faint star but then there is this blotch of white, the size of a quarter, maybe a tad smaller iin the shape of a teardrop on her lower lip. I also had a solid palomino stallion once (also GMB bred) that had a very wide blaze and the same white patch on his lower lip. He was bred once to an outside mare and the resulting baby was ridiculously wild!!
I mean he looked like one of Joanne's pintos - meaning looked frame to me. The mare was visually solid. We had the baby PQd because I was like "there is NO way" but nope, he was the sire.
So, thoughts?
Oh, and once I had a buyer call to inquire on the palomino stallion when he was maybe for sale and the buyer specifically ASKED about if the horse had any white on his lower lip. Hmmmm.
