They are on a regular worming schedule, but I want to switch to a daily wormer after this next round of worming. Should I do anything different or choose a particular paste wormer this time around?? I always rotate brands and this time around I think I'm due to use Zimectrin Gold or another similar combo.

Per our vet---use the zimectrin and start them on the daily wormer the following days feeding. The daily wormers are for stronghoid so you need the dose of zimectrin to hit everything.

Ditto to Countryrose........When using the daily Strongid wormer, the standard procedure is to worm with an Ivermectin product first, and worm again with it in the Fall - or when the first frost/freeze happens. I think some people also like to worm half way through the warm season with Ivermectin as well.......just as a precaution.

Always check with your vet with details like that to be sure.
