I have five favorite minis...two I did not own but worked with and three that are mine.

Hobby Horses Lil Painter... he is the most sensible stallion I have ever worked with (and there have been a few over the years)...my Freedom is a granddaughter of his and she resembles him a lot in looks more than her dam did.

Haligonian Moving Target.... this lovely pinto stallion I knew when he was a baby and he so was full of himself back then. I loved his presence and attitude!

"Independence" - see her picture in my avatar - she is a daughter of Mendon's Bird of Paradise and is tiny... she is so friendly and has the sweetest temperment - never, ever saw her pin her ears back.

"Freedom" - she was my first dystocia... and we were close to losing her. She was also my first year end High Point Champion ever... Owned, Bred & Shown by Exhibitor. She continues to be my challenging horse.

And of course, "Mercy".

My Favorite. Wee Man he will always be my favorite mini or horse for that matter and I don't think that will ever change

: I Love him SO much! I started leasing him because there were no other horses left to lease and I wanted my own to lease at the farm where I play with my guys. Anyways He was scared to go outside and he didnt know how to walk on a lead or with a halter he wouldnt trot unless he was dragging you (literally) and he was 2! The first few years it was hard really. Noone would want to take a try with him ;He would Drag you and everyone else at the farm was jumping their horses and doing obstacle and driving and wee man didnt want any part in that! I got him jumping and it was super! Then he wouldnt jump at shows I got flipped over his back on one particular occasion  Which wasn't funny then; but it is now hehe. Then last year he started making clear rounds , and he calmed down a bit. I saved up for about a year doing odd jobs . If someone else owned him I wouldve died. I Finally bought him and its perfect :bgrin But I've always loved him through thick and thin though I'd be super disappointed. Its all paid off now! He's pretty much settled down and I got him driving this year. He pretty much always got Top 3 in halter And a GRAND champion out of a large class as well as a Reserve Champion at another show; which was amazing since the last 3 years he has never placed in halter. I think it's that I've learnt so much and he is finally fully matured and a pretty good looking boy even though hes not a national show horse hes good enough

: He's taught me so so much and I've taught him I wouldnt trade him for any other horse; I love him so much and he isn't going anywhere!Ever.

Well, it should go without saying that I could pick a favorite (or two, or three...) from my own herd. They are ALL favorites of mine.

However, I think you're really wanting to know what "outside" horse would be a favorite and for me, I'd say Buckeroo because many of my own horses that are my real (own) favorites have him somewhere behind them.

Thanks so much Tiffani from lbsfarm for choosing "L And L Farm Boss" as your favorite miniature.

He is an absolute wonderful little guy. He is so personable and is just a perfect gentlemen with his mares and with the foals.

Boss always has a greeting for me when he sees me coming to the barn. I can not say enough good about this little bundle of dynamite. Here he is - all 30.5 inches of LOVE at the young age of 16.

Donna, I just couldn't help myself! He had to be my favorite...

I have 2 of his foals and they are just as personable as their daddy! Both he and Gold draw your attention when you are at Donna's place... It's a case of, "Hmmmm Which one do I pet first?!" LOL

My Chili Pepper. He is just one special guy to me. We have a TON of fun together, competing in combined driving

He's not registered, but I showed him in a fun mini show and we got reserve grand driving horse as well! (and did well in halter, and got first in halter obstacle) He is a BLAST to drive

Well of course I love my own that goes without saying so I won't pick them as my favorites.

: There are just SO many awesome horses out there it really is hard to narrow it down but here are two that I just LOVE. The first is Freedom Hills Flaming Sensation, she won her weanling filling futurity class at nationals this year and I picked her to win as soon as I laid eyes on her. REO/Robin can tell you they almost had to get me a drool bucket I loved her that much!! In the pic she is the horse furthest away, not a good pic but the only one I have. She sold in the World sale this year, I have no idea who has her now but I expect she will do great things!! AWESOME little girl!!

Okay Rob, you know I have to do it!! One of my other huge favorites is Rob's(CLC Stables-forum name) gelding Buckeye WCF Right On Target. He is just such a pretty boy and so fun to watch him drive!! Here's a pic I scooped from Rob's website, Target hiding behind all his loot

My first favorite is Rolling Ridge Rum Runner aka Fred

He is such an awesome driving horse and such a darned character. Then there is the love of Freds life, my gray driving mare Becky. Finally there is Shadow who is the farms assistant trainer. These three horses have all earned the right to stay for life. Linda B
