I draw my own blood for the snap tests. But those are my horses. My vet also knows my training and sells me the snap tests so I am doing it under her direction. You are asking for someone to come draw blood for you so you don't have to pay a Veterinarian to do it. It is just a warning to you that someone could get in big trouble. You are advertising for this help on an open public forum. Canada or US this could lead to fines and possible jail time. The licensing boards are very serious in their duties and they carry a real big stick. Please pay attention to the realities of the law and where you are having this discussion.
