If you can't have a vet out, and I certainly understand not being able to so, is there another farm owner close by who could help you? Most reputable breeders are happy to help with feed recommendations, the longer one has been in business the more they have encountered themselves so hopefully could look at her and tell you what they would recommend. There is already the best advice here in this thread but having someone hands on would help you I think.

Other than the almost 2 flakes of hay a day what else is she getting? In the photo she is clearly not healthy but what a sweet face and eye she has. Thank you for caring enough to ask for help for her.
