Ok so its only ours pending all the inspections come back good on them. We want to close on the Nov. 15. Go in Nov. 16 take out carpet and then spend the 17-18 cleaning and repainting the whole house. THen hopefully we can get the floor in or at least started before we leave for Hawaii on the 21st.

We have somebody comeing out to look at this house tommrow who wants to rent it starting Nov. 24th.

Oh my gosh Ashley, you guys are going to be hopping busy for the next few weeks.......how exciting though.

I hope this one works out & the inspections come back great.........I am so excited for you guys!

And Hawaii on top of all that?....how cool is that. I love Hawaii!! Part of my job at the insurance co is I get to work with all of the Hawaii agents with their auto business.....they are a great bunch of people.

Yes I will still be in "ick" hood......but I refuse to become a viking fan. Its located in Taylor Falls.

The place has 9.6 acres, fence already up for horses(not my kind as its 5 strand barbless, but it will work for now). The barn I think said its a 56x60. It has 4 stalls, 2 that are for big horses and I could make into 4 if I want, but I dont think I am going to. I will probably put 2 minis in each of them, the stud in his own stall, and the pony in his own stall. I do want to add another row of stalls in the big part of the barn, once I get doors put on it.

The pasture has a small pond in it.

The house needs work before moving in as the people destroyed the carpet and drew all over the walls, before they lost it. The basement isnt finished but we know how we are going to finish it.

I got lucky my other half finished the basement of the current house we are in, and pulled up the carpet and put vinal wood floor down so we dont have to hire anybody to do that work.

It sounds awesome. Crossing my fingers it all passes inspection.

I am a proud Green Bay Packer fan and i live in Mn.

I am a Packer Fan, but there are 2 Viking fans in the house.

Ash I am so proud and excited for you.

You are a success story.

For those that don't know, Ash has been on her own for a long time, took on tons of responsibilty at a young age. Put herself into college here and there and worked her buns off at her job for years. Kept her nose clean and extablished good credit. She is a great example to the young people out there that yes you can do it!

Ash this year you put out those Christmas decorations and nobody is going to knock them over on you this time!

(the link expired, can you post it again?)

Congrats Ashley! I couldn't get the link to work either, it says "expired". I bet you can't wait! I hate to paint, we plan on painting the majority of the inside of our house this winter...yuck!

Congrats again.

Heres the link to the listing, if you click the link under the pic you can see more pics of the house and barn.

I dont mind painting, however my mom has done it for years so I am doing to see if she can work it into her schedual to paint for us......looks like a pro did it that way.

house linke

Oh and thanks Marty, but I didnt do this on my own.
