Hey I thought I'd post this great color chart that I found. It has all kinds of super cool colors on it. all you have to do to get a color for a font is memorize/ write down the code, and then at the begining of each post do the color tag (take out stars) [*color=#ffffff*], and then at the end just close the tag[*/color*]

While colors are pretty for most. For me reading things that are not black or dark on white I have to change my screen so that the backround is black and the letters white. It makes them thicker for me to read more easily without lots of magnification ....but thats only me with my vision imparement.I need stark contrast to see things.

lyn is right...color on body sized text decreases readability tremendously...this is fact, not opinion.

As a graphic designer, I love color and creativity, but not when it interferes with readability. I get a headache reading most of the colored text people use on here...and most I don't even bother to read.

If you have something to say that you want read, put it in black.

Also on the sale board when you highlight in one color say red and then write in green.... I dont see it at all.

Oh, but I just love my purple typing! I'll try and remember to use not just big but black letters though on threads where Lyn's posting. With my purple letters, one thing is it's got to make it easier for people to know what to skip if they're not interested in my opinions
