Last report I read the Red River Valley in Minnesota and North Dakota was expecting a beet crop on par with last years crop. Our feed store said that they may not have beet pulp shreds due to farmers planting more corn and soybeans...there was enough to go to the feed companies that mix beet pulp in their feeds, so they say. Don't know if anyone else has heard that...I am hoping it is not true. I have a different supplier for the grain I use so I will be checking with him.
