Caroline is 53 days pregnant today. Here are her unglamorous pics. Can you guess how many? We are going to get a prenatal X ray monday.

She is a smallish corgi about 20 pounds when not pregnant, she is 25 today.

6 would be nice.... hard to believe that baby in my avitar two years ago is having her first babies!!! Im such a GRANDMA....... cant help it! Papa Jake could care less except that he is alone in the barn tonight and she is in the house again....... Im sure he thinks this just isnt fair. His other girlfriend Leah who belongs to a friend of mine had only 1 puppy two days ago. I feel bad that we are chock full. I have people waiting on them.

I am going to say 6, although, my cocker who was normally 18 pounds ended up about that weight at the end, and she had 8 BOYS!!! :new_shocked:

WOW EIGHT BOYS!!!! and I thought our water here was bad becasue we made 7 out of 9 boys..... That was 2 litters of Doxies. Our last corgi litter 2 years ago was 4 2 of each. our biggest corgi litter was 3 years ago, Kayla our gramma dogs last litter was 11 and then 2 days later our other girl had 7 more....... can you imagine 18 corgi puppies in my kitchen for 8 weeks?

everyone together in 1 xpen for a group picture. ALL 18 survived and were all in new homes by the time they were 8 weeks. three families bought 2 ..... I like that.

I only have 1 breeding pair now and an old retired granny so we wont ever have that puptastrophy again!

omg, that's a lotta corgis!!!!

I was up at Moxie's breeder's place last summer...he had 3 litters, I think in a 2 week period. I am trying to remember the exact total, but I think it was 15-18. At least those two litters were easy to tell apart!!!

As for how many pups I'm gonna guess 5

Reo, Westwood and MAtt you win the cookies! WE have 6 little skeletons on the pic.... I got a copy of it but dont know if it will scan clear enough... Next contest is , she is tri with a tri and a red parent, there were 2 tris and 5 reds in her birth litter. Jake is a sable with a clear red and a sable parent. There were 5 puppies in his birth litter 3 were tri and 2 were sable. What colors will we get the most of?
