Christmas is over........

I'm having a fun time learning the ropes of my Iphone that dad got me, it's neat and even better once I figure everything out I'm sure....

I have something that didn't make it here yet from mom, but I saw the emailed pictures of it and it's very cool, something I had inquired on but didn't get around to ordering yet and she snuck in and did it; a big stand up revolving picture scroll for displaying at my stalls; as well as a multiple popup/foldup stand for my flyers/advertisments

Then I got a beautiful braclet, purse, shirt from Keeneland from a special someone

And I bought me some presents that are standing up in stalls in the barn.....

Robin, I'm so glad to have been a part of something that makes you happy. You deserve it, you really do.

You've been such a wonderful friend for so long. A mere material gift falls far short of returning the favor, but if it makes you smile and feel good, it's very worth it!

Looks like everyone had a really terrific Christmas...the best part for me was having my whole family here, though it would have been nice to have my dad and stepmom here (they live in PA) to be complete, we were on the phone often.

I got a Nikon D40!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I am SO excited.

Its an SLR but yoiu cna view the photos on screen after you take them and it snaps photos so quick and with such an awesome flash oh I LOVE it.

Still figuring it all out can't wait to do some photoshoots around next season.

I also got horse vet book( that I have been trying to get for awhile) Show sheen, clothes my curling iron( thank goodness) tea kettle, tea pot I am forgettin g alot- but we also had a peaceful christmas( worth its weight in gold)

Well I got money, a gift certificate to my local feed store, a gift certificate for Wal-mart, clothes, chocolates, tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, a small quilt with the nativity scene on it, a nativity scene, a hanger with a horse on it to hang on the house on the porch, new winter work boots, new rubber boots, two DVDs(Pirates Of Carribean At Worlds End and Spiderman 3), a calender made up of our own pictures-some of our wedding and some of our minis. Also got 2 books, one is a story, the other is True Horsemanship Through Feel, then got a shower washer. Then got a pouch. Guess that is it. Oh and I got a phonecall Christmas night to got to work boxing day night at Owls Head. I worked last night for 5 hours.

Well my most favourite Christmas present was actually partly my birthday present as well....

I got a new Dressage saddle!!!!

What didn't I get that I wished for....homes for the 2 puppies that aren't spoken for yet

AND after playing my brother's....I HAVE to have Guitar Hero III for Wii!!! That is one of THE coolest games I've ever played!!! LOL

My favorite gift was Corinthian Bells. They look like wind chimes, but are alot bigger/longer then any wind chimes I've ever had. They make the most beautiful (loud!) music. I think we will be entertaining the entire neighborhood!!

My husband also gave me a diamond Journey pendant. Really pretty & it really sparkles!!!

The real gift I got, in my opinion, was my dad paying for my college application fees. Thank you daddy!

But amongst other things my favorites were new speakers for my jeep, a new cell phone I have been promised, and a music box my dad gave me like he does every year.

I still want a new digital camera. But we will wait and see. Birthday maybe?

I got a trip to Puerto Vallarta from my sweets! I'm leaving on January 5th...Can't wait!

My best gift wasn't material...Hubby and I actually had Christmas off this year (happens about every 7 years!) and we went to my parents who live about 400 miles from us...that was probably the last Christmas that I will be able to spend with my father due to his failing health. My sister from another state also came and all my nieces/nephews except one niece...my other sister who live by my parents was there of course too...It's been a long time since we were all together being that we all live in different states.

material things: cashmere sweater, karaoke cds, wine making items, lotions, silver bowl, pj's, 2 bracelets, an ankle bracelet, 2 sets of earings, purse, misc. clothing items, victoria secrets lotions/sprays...that's about it...hubby and I didn't buy for each other this year because we are going to sin city in January...saving the mula for the slots!

Just like to say my best present this year was the look on my children's faces as they opened their presents..

No other feeling in the world, seeing my babies happy.. As for material things, I got a very nice present mailed to me from a good friend.. Nikki, thanks for thinking of me.. Love the bath set and the mini tree orn. looks great on the tree. The only other present I got besides from Nikki was a candle and a frying pan.. Just wished our Christmas wasn't so tense. At my dad's you could cut the air with a knife..My present from my family was a sister doing her drug thing, and my niece saying my husband and I did damage to her car.(Mind you, we bought the 400.00 worth of parts it needed to get it running again, and hubby took 8 hrs to fix it.) She said there was damage done to it so she wouldn't have to pay us..Merry Christmas to me .. OH! But at least we know the truth and see how sad it is to see a boy change her so much, that she doesn't even know who she is..Now, I just pray to make it to income tax time...

My New Years Resolution is not getting involved with any of their problems anymore. Not going to help and get used anymore, and the only family I have is my hubby, son, daughter and father..
