I personally refrained from commenting because in the last month or so I have lost respect for certain members of this forum, on both sides of the aisle. Those would be the folks that spent day after day picking apart each other's beliefs and values while acting like all the while THEY were the injured party.

For those who were able to support their candidate of choice (NOT just say they were being sincere, honest, etc) and remain kind and civil, thank you - I certainly learned a lot this election.

I agree, there are some people on here I have also lost respect for. Not for who they voted for, but how they run their mouths and IMO personally insulted some people.

I just came on to say I was very happy with the results last night. I personally feel like there is going to be some good changes coming our way. We have to stop this negativity in our country and try to look towards the positive, we need to support our elected president. That is what McCain was trying to tell everyone, and I thought his speech was brilliant.
