My sister bred a colt this year that was given to me as a birthday present, much to my suprise lol. He kind of fits what your asking for exept he will mature more around 39''. He is a silver bay 07' colt, bringing him up to my barn to be weaned in about two weeks. His sire is a Michigan stallion and his dam is of regular jo schmoe breeding. He will be for sale toward next season, however he is not ASPC.

He is very pretty and I do like him a lot. Wish I had more time to buy and train another horse. Oh plus I live in TX, that would be hard to buy a mini from PA. I really like him though.
