OK--the weather here, after being unusually warm and dry since the first of the year, has now been basically HORRIBLE for the past three weeks or so....HOWLING, and often ICY, winds, day in and day out...so, I'm in the house a lot--which is why I have time to start topics like this!!

I became a 'fan' of ER about 5 -6 years ago; never watched before that, but was increasingly drawn to the show. I will admit, I am looking forward to a 'whole evening' tonight, when the hour retrospective is followed by the two-hour final episode. Anyone else looking forward to it?

(I am even 'tivoing' tonight's CSI, another favorite of mine...Oh, what a wonderful implement the DVR is, for those who REALLY enjoy certain TV shows! I just got one recently, and admit, I'm thoroughly enjoying it!)

Now I find that the 'reruns' are shown on TNT daily at 8 AM here; I am usually doing AM chores at that time, but just this AM, set the DVR to record the episodes so that I can go back and enjoy the whole series!

You betcha! I think I've watched it off and on for the whole 15 years! I told hubby no plans for tonight, and if he doesn't want to watch, then he can work on taxes, just don't disturb me.

Oh yeah, and will be DVRing Survivor.

I am going to miss ER.

I might have to give up h e l l s Kitchen tonight to watch the ER finale.

Ah, but you don't have to give up HK, in about a week, it will be available online, just google the show's name and you can get to the website. It is free.....

ER does that as well.

Of course, you do have to have high speed access.....

I have been a faithful viewer of the show since the first episode! There aren't many shows I just "have to" watch each week, but ER has ALWAYS been one!! I am sure I have seen every episode! I just LOVE it,

I have not watched ER much at all lately - ever since Carter left. Then once when they had the step back in time with Mark Green. By sheer fluke I found out that Carter was back and started recording them... so now I have 3 shows saved and it looks like after tonight I will have many hours to of viewing to look forward to!!

I will be recording it, cuz I will probably be in the barn.

So here is where I am thinking they are going to end. John is rich rich rich. And we all know they have been talking about closing county. So either John bought county or John was secretly building a new facility and he is taking everyone with him.

What do you think will be the story ending?

I will be watching! I have seen it since day 1. Love the show. I will be commerical hopping because tonight is all my favorites...Survivor, CSI. Wish I could record them!!!

Just a heads up for everyone....the ER finale is going to be repeated on tv this Saturday night!!

Hey, those of you with Directv dvr units, pay close attention to them as some of them are messed up thanks to Directv. They are not recording pre-scheduled shows. I have missed a week of recording thanks to that. I called and they are working on a solution, and the company will credit our accounts for the days the dvr is not working right.

You can record, you just have to go on the channel, push record, and carry on.

Just finished watching all 3 hours! Have seen it since episoe 1. felt like old friends were leaving for good.
