Happy Fathers day to all the dads!! Such an important day (if your a total daddys girl like me)....

Happy fathers day to my dad and thank you for making all my pony dreams possible every since I was a little girl(and putting up with them as well!). He may be "just" a simple old time Kentucky farmer, but he is the WORLD to me.....I have no idea how I could do it without him..

My dad has been gone for two years now, and I sure miss him. He bought me my first pony when I turned 12, and then a few horses after that until I started college, and then I was on my own. He would have preferred that I study something other than Equine Studies, but he was very proud of me when I graduated. He came to some of my shows over the years, especially in the latter years with the minis. His greatest joy was watching my daughter and me competing in the same class, especially when SHE won! And he was soooo proud of me when I became a judge!!

I miss you, Dad. Happy Father's Day.

My DAD has been gone since 1970. He died at the age I am now. I was 15 yrs old when he passed & a week before my 16th Birthday and at the time I was the know it all teenage daughter. We had a fight the night before he died. So all you folks that still have your Dads' "Count your blessings"

I'm very lucky to have a remarkable dad as well, I treasure him every day

I was a Daddy's girl and he bought me my first pony,Beauty, when I was 3 years old.My dad died in 1974 and I still miss him every day and I'm 70 now.He would have loved the Minis and would have bought me lots of them.I live on the farm he bought in 1949 and when I was little it was my favorite place to be(even though we lived in town and my cousin lived here)It is still my favorite place to be in the whole world and I have it thanks to my dad.Happy Father's Day,Daddy.I know you are looking down and smiling at me and all my critters.

I was fortunate enough to have 2 dads. One that I only saw during the summers when I was a child and who I loved as a distant parent, and one who was my daddy (except by name) in every way that mattered. I've often smiled when I thought about how much Bill would have loved the mini's.
