Hi there- Nope I'm still here. Had a false alarm earlier in the week, but nothing since. I hope he holds off until Monday so that gives my dr. time to get home from his weekend trip and gets rid of this nasty weather that's coming tonight.

Still hanging in there.

Thanks for asking.

Thank you. Congratulations to you too!

This time the entire pregnancy seemed to go by so fast. My son who is now 2 1/2 has grown so fast. It's true when they say enjoy every moment because it just goes so fast. I try to remember when he was an infant and I can't remember much. I took lots and lots of pictures which I'm thankful for.

Please keep updates on here as well. Need to see your forum baby when he or she arrives.

Good luck! My daughter was at 2cm for about 4 weeks! It was crazy! She ended up being in labor for three days, but by Wednesday when she actually delivered, they gave her an epidural and all was great after that. She was very comfortable throughout. When they told her to start pushing, she had Isabelle out in 45 minutes. A very smooth operation, I was amazed. Boy, things sure have changed since my babies were born!!! Wish I would have had those drugs when I was in that state.

Just thought I would give an update. (Amy--- sounds like I'm doing the same thing as your daughter as I'm still 2 cm.)

Dr. will be out of town after this weekend for two weekends and asked if I wanted to be induced. I've been through so much with this dr. that I don't want another dr. and he knows how miserable I am now and I'm really having a tough getting around plus, trying to take care of my 2 1/2 year old during the day is getting pretty near impossible.

So we are waiting until Monday(my due date is next Thursday). If nothing has changed I will be induced so we could have a Valentine's Baby.

: Is it usually 24(it is here) hours turn around and you are back home if there are no complications?- :bgrin

Ok...here's what ya do. Go to the grocery store and find the juice aisle. Find something with real raspberry juice in it. Drink LOTS of it. It's supposed to make you contract naturally.

Good Luck

Or...you could wait until the 16th....thats my Bday!

I am glad to hear you are doing well. I went into labor with Savannah the night before I was induced, so when I got to the hospital, I was completely done in less than 7 hours. I totally loved being induced. It made things very quick.

Good luck, and we will wait to hear more.

Oh, and thanks!

Yep, I was @ 2 cm for a good six weeks with Zac! Also, I am so, so, so glad I had a COMPLETELY natural birth w/Zac at a birth center with a certified nurse midwife. I healed SO much faster than with Mia's birth (bad induction and 42 hour labor) and Zac was healthier and more alert and I was SO much healthier and healed VERY quickly, even with severe tearing because of so much old scar tissue. It was a good choice for us. It's not for everybody, but no drugs in our systems made a huge difference for us.

I hope you have an easy, smooth, fast labor

13 years and 356 days ago my hubby was planning a huge lobster dinner for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately (just joking), My water broke and instead of lobster I had jello!!

 waiting! waiting (im)patiently for an update!

Hello- nothing yet. He's still hanging in there.

Thanks for thinking about me.

It's just so different this time. My first son wanted out so fast and now this one wants to stay put. LOL

Walking has become very difficult and I think my stomach grew twice it's size yesterday afternoon.
