. I'm a very easy person to get along with but this is very frustrating, gas isn't cheap,I have 3 year old who son who doesn't like to shop. Should they give me a discount,is this unreasonable? Shopping online is sounding better an better

Online shopping is WONDERFUL, no crowds, no lines, everything is shipped right to your door. Also a lot of Black Friday idems can be bought online. Last year I bought a $150 drill for $100 from Home Depot online, my local store only had 10 and you had to be there when they opened.

I shop throughout the year. When I find something that really calls out to me for a certain person, I grab it. I'm almost done. Saves me so much headache and stress. My shopping is usually done before Thanksgiving and I can enjoy the holiday season without being stressed about money and getting something special for everyone. I also usually find awesome deals. For instance in the spring I found this great fireplace set that would look great at my parent's house. Originally the price was over $200, I got everything for $30 on clearance. All the pieces are there and it looks great. All I had to do was store it in the attic for a few months.

I had this happen last year. I called the manager and asked very nicely if they would send the item through the mail. I explained that I lived an hour from the store

and since it wasn't my fault, why should I have to be inconvenienced? The manager agreed and sent the items directly to my house. It's worth a shot.

I also like shopping online.

I am DONE with my holiday shopping... I have an annual goal to be DONE by December 1st. Usually start casually in Sept/Oct and love having time to get people things that I really think they could use/enjoy versus just something boring.

My husband hasn't started on his side of the family yet... so I am starting to goad him into starting this weekend...

I've been recovering from surgery for the last 3 weeks, so I'm not allowed to drive and have an awful lot of time on my hands. I've been Christmas shopping on etsy ... I love it, I've been able to get some really neat stuff, all so unique, and it's all arriving in the mail - so easy!
