With I'll Have Another's win yesterday we may have a triple crown winner. Keeping my fingers crossed that this horse can win the Belmont as well and be amongst the greats to have won the Triple Crown, woohoo!

I hope he wins the Belmont too. We need a triple Crown winner, has been 34 years since Affirmed won the Triple Crown. Also I'll Have Another is canadian owned and trained so of course I have to route for him. :)

I am with you on that one Shana. I love his jockey too, such a humble person and when he won the Derby I was crying with him. Three weeks and we will know if he can do it. I have attended the Belmont once in my life, back in 1999 whe Charismatic was vying for the Triple Crown as well. A friend of mine who was from Kentucky had tickets and was so very nice to invite me. I flew down to NY just to see the race. Unfortunately it finished in tragedy for Charismatic but I know in my heart if he would not have shattered that leg in the homestretch, he did have that race!

Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for I'll Have Another!

I hope he goes all the way also.....we need a triple crown winner....it has been too many years...... I do like that Bodemeister though too......but he can come in 2nd again...... come on I'll Have Another.......whoooo hooooo.....

I agree, his jockey seems so down to earth and what a nice surprise.....very mellow and obviously an awesome rider.

I just heard he may not run....just caught last part on news. Trying to find article about what is going on.

...love the horse...like the jockey...not real crazy about the trainer...

I can only speculate (and hope) that the close scrutiny in Triple Crown races means that I'll Have Another achieved his victories without a "milkshake."

It doesn't look like I'll Have Another has any allegations against him. It seems this happened back in 2010 so the hearing for the trainer is coming up but will probably tale place after the Belmont. Being that he won the Preakness he would have gone through doping testing immediately after leaving the winner's circle. The results would already have been transmitted by the lab to the officials so he is fine to run the next race.
