Hobby as in singular? Then I'd have to say his hobby is HOBBIES!
I never know what Scotts going to be into or drag home next, there's never a dull moment around our farm, sometimes I come across things behind the shop or up in the shop that he's snuck in at some point in time or another
:
He's really best at trading, I've known him to trade a car for a boom truck, books for a combine, paperwork for railroad signals, drill bits for gas tanks, and thats just a few that I know of
:
At this time he still has the majority of his rail road signal collection, his coin collection, 4 tractors, many, many many farm implements (have to have more than one of each for parts you know!) Railroad lamps, crossing bells, rail road books, oh we used to have a few full sized rail road track (gang) cars that crews used to check the rails(sold those to buy the tractors). Whistles, horns, locomotive parts. Oh and the tools, he doesn't like new stuff, he has industrial drill presses from the Ford plants, a 16 foot lathe metal lathe (big enough to turn locomotive wheel sets). Add to this just about everything left from his grand parents estates that no one else wanted.
Oh, and we can't forget his cows!
Now, anyone want to ask how I get away with having so many horses without him grumbling :bgrin :bgrin :bgrin
And Jill, I used to have a Fiat Spyder, let hubby trade it for the boom truck (military boom truck no less) in return for a few horses!
Hey, we're cluttered but we're NEVER bored here!!
And Kathy, I LOVE the fish pond, both it and the koi are just gorgeous! What wonderful work!
