Well, I just don't have words to say all that I want to say but Marty you are still in our prayers and thoughs constantly. There is not a day that goes by that we do not think of you and wish this was different or not true.

In our way, we love you very much and not a single person here does not wish we could undo what has been done. The best we can do is let you know you are cared for and loved and that we too greive this tremendous loss with you.

Stacy

You don't know how wonderful it is to hear from you! All my love.

Dear sweet Marty,

Just in doing this, you once again show us what a strong, thoughtful, loving person you are. There is not a day that goes by that I dont think of you and your family. Often cry for you as I can only imagine the pain you are feeling.

In case I forget one day, I have a note on my desk with your name on it. I see it everytime I sit down at my computer. I take a brief moment and send you a good thought and hope somehow this slight silly act will give you just a second of brightness.

When you are ready to come back we all look forward to that day. Until you do we all will continue to think of you and send good thoughts and prayers your way.

Marty,

You, Jerry and Dan are always in my thoughts and prayers. We miss you very much, and will wait for you to be ready to return. Just know we love you and are here for you and Jerry and Dan. Take care of yourselves and each other.

Your poem is beautiful, thank you for writing it.

Dear Marty......

I've prayed that your heartache would lessen with each passing day, and that soon, we would see a poem from you again.

I am SO HAPPY that you are back......and with such a lovely, eloquent poem...no less.

I know you will never recover completely from this horrific loss, nor would anyone expect you too.

But, I know you are a very strong lady & your wonderful memories of Michael will sustain you.

You have all of us here....who will be "remembering Michael" too.

Oh Marty, My thoughts are with you and your family.

I am really not good with words.

Your poems were amazing.

I was reading them at work and I just couldn't stop crying.

Take care Marty.

Hugs

It's just not the same without you Marty. So glad to see your post and you know we will be here for you. Hugs hon and continued prayers for you and your family.

Bless your heart, Marty. That poem you wrote for all of us was so beautiful and touching. None of us individually, or all of us together, have done more for you than you would for anyone else. We love you so much, Marty, and just want you to come back whenever you feel ready. We'll be here waiting for you.

Thank you for the poem it was beautiful. Glad to hear from you. You and your family are always in my prayers.

Marty

Your poem was so touching what a beautiful heart you have.

although i don't know you my heart has been aching for you and you family.

I also have a son Michael he is 24 now and was nearly killed in 2004 run over by a car and even though i am blessed with not loosing my son all of this brings back so many memories of that night and weeks following waiting to see if he would live or the extent of his brain damage.

He is doing well now. He was very fortunate.

i pray for you and your family. such a tragedy.

I hope you can gradually find a way to cope and get enjoyment from your memories.

He sounds like the kind of guy it was an honor to be a parent , brother and friend of and that will surface as a warm feeling one day even though it was no where near a long enough time together.

Please take care of each other now thats where you will find comfort.

i lost my husband 14 years ago my son was 10. i know it is not like loosing a child there is a lost feeling for a long time before you can start to re-enter the world as you knew it. even though it still goes on around you.

Take care

my hopes and prayers are with you all

Marty, what a beautiful poem, and as someone earlier posted, it is sooo very easy to see where Michael got his kind & generous spirit from. You have an amazing family and I hope you will join us back on the forum when you are ready, even a little at a time. We all miss you and are sending our love to you & Jerry and Dan. :bgrin
