I quit April 17, 1999 and have to say that except for the first year (under really stressful conditions) I HAVEN'T had any cravings :new_shocked: . If I had I'd still be puffing away. I don't miss them at all and it feels as if I have never smoked before. :aktion033: :aktion033:
