I wasn't going to post, but we need prayers

My husband and I went to the dr. today for my first sonogram. I am supposed to be 9 weeks pregnant. The sonogram showed a sak and no baby. They say I appear to only be 6 weeks. We were sent to the hospital for bloodwork. I think it's a HCG Beta test(please forgive me I can't think straight right now). I go back Thursday for another test. If it has doubled everything is ok. If it hasn't then I have miscarried.

My husband had to go to a dinner with his bosses from Florida which has been planned for awhile so I am here with my son. He just came up and wanted me to read to him. Thank GOD for him tonight. I just needed to post this because I know you all are a good source for support. I sure can use it right now.

Oh Kim! I'm sorry you are having to go through this worry and stress. I have been there, same situation as you. My case was not a happy ending. I will be praying for a happy ending for you and saying a thank you to God for giving you the son you already have. There is no more special gift from God than children.

Sorry for your anxiety but if you have miscarried it is God's way of taking care of things that may have already gone wrong. I don't mean to sound calus but I am an old nurse that has seen far too much.

Thank you all so much. My son is a true blessing and I thank GOD everyday that we have him. We will get through this. As some have said I do believe if I have miscarried that it is GOD's plan.

I'm so sorry for those of you who have lost your babies. My heart aches for you all.
