Hi..I have been lurking here for a couple of days now, so thought I should introduce myself
I have been involved with show ponies all my life, as were my parents. I purchased my first mini last August after moving agistments and the girl who owned the agistment had some. My second mini arrived in November (addictive little ones aren't they
)
I have recently just sold my first little girl..Sierra Creme Caramel(Princess) to a lovely home and now just have the one (along with a 12hh palomino lead rein show pony).
Sierra Creme Caramel (Princess)
Elanda Good As Gold (Goodie)(with my daughter up top)
I live in Perth, Western Australia, so I thought an international forum would be interesting to see the different/or similar ways minis are shown
My little girl I have now is a 4yo Chocolate palouse, Hopeview Charismatic Charm (Charm) who competes in Palouse and Miniature horse classes. My 6yo daughter is very keen to do trail with her and will have her first competition today
photo from last week:
and from our first show together (straight out of the brood mare paddock, so a bit "chubby"
...and I should be in bed as I have a show that I have to get up in 5 hours for OH!
Look forward to learning and sharing ideas and stories with you all
