How exciting for you (glad it's you and not me). :bgrin I have three of my own and can remember the excitement and nervousness of being so close to seeing them in person. I loved being pregnant and then about a month before I was due remembered "oh yeah I have to have this little one soon!". I'm sure your delivery will go smoothly and you'll have a wonderful new addition to your family.

Nope no change yet.

I was hoping for today or tomorrow. My dr. will be leaving to go out of town Friday-Sunday. I don't want the dr. that's on call. This happened last time. My dr. was on vacation the week before my first son was born. I started going into labor that Sunday night. This same dr. that's on call for my dr. sent me home... Never even came to the hospital to see me. The next morning at around 6 am my water broke and back to the hospital we went and thank goodness my dr. was back from vacation. Had my son the next day at 4:33 am.

My sister in law was admitted the same Monday morning about an hour after me. She had her baby the same day(Tuesday) 45 minutes before me. SO it's a good thing my dr. had a vacation as he was with us for 24 hours straight(not to mention all the other patients he had and a lot of them were emergencies) AND we both had trouble at the end. He said he's glad I can't remember most of the delivery and that this time will be much easier. He said he's sure of it.

The last time the hospital was old and still had shared rooms for maternity. We were in our own rooms until the place starting filling up(they had women everywhere). So they brought my sister in law in with me.

They say there was so many deliveries from Hurricane Isabelle. I was 3 weeks early so that wasn't why for me, but that there were quite a few babies named Isabelle that year.

Now they have a state of the art birthing center with individual rooms.
