smutty palomino coloring (possibly silver buckskin)...on the tall side ...has produced 2 colts.....

temperment very moody (may have hormone issues)....bites, kicks, and frequently squeals.......if not handled with kid gloves
wink.gif
once was a fancy filly now broken down, worn out and can barely handle a leisurely trail ride...

Does not stand willingly for stallion...requires lots bribes, convincing and possibly needs hobbles
biggrin.gif

easy keeper is about the only good point left for this ol mare

OLDER MINIATURE MARE - VERTICALLY & HORIZONTALLY CHALLENGED, "A" SIZE. OLD STYLE. BREEDING DAYS ARE OVER. LOVES TO BE FUSSED ON AND LOVED. RIGHT LEG A LITTLE GIMPY BUT WILL GIVER HER ALL FOR YOU. DOES ENJOY DRIVING EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE. EASY KEEPER, MIGHT NEED TO CUT BACK SOME ON FEEDING THE OLE GAL. BIG BROWN EYES (FULL OF IT UP TO THERE & VERY MESSY) , SUN BLEACHED BLONDE MANE (WITH A LITTLE HELP) WITH THE GREYING GENE.

JUST NEEDS A LOT OF PAMPERING, NOT HIGH MAINTENANCE.

Well, not to go into too much painful detail, but I could currently use some kind of "lite" complete feed diet and more time in the round pen. I have thought many times when I am looking ath this and that on my horses that could be so much better than I'm real happy they cannot talk and return the "favor" of a critique.

Perminant 34" A size maiden mare

Liver Chestnut Sabino Overo with bald face & blue eyes Looong dark mane

Sire: B size 36" Max Expression Sabino with Graying gene & blue eyes

Dam: A size 32" Liver Chestnut with blue eyes

Pedigree goes back to European bloodlines

She is still unsure of foals but stands willingly for one particular Palomino Frame Overo with blue eyes
biggrin.gif

If you are looking to buy her for breeding you'll have to buy the stallion as well, as she will kick the living daylights out of any other stallion that comes close to her.
biggrin.gif

She was a fantastic performance horse and has won many awards in many different events, strong long straight legs, great all around. Could go out again with a little brush up.

With a little MORE conditioning could go into the ring in halter.
biggrin.gif

VERY Stubborn, if she gets something in her head you better just let her do it her way.

Due to her very sensative pale skin she perfers indoors or lots of sunscreen.

Very loyal and willing to please.

3 year old Chestunt mare. B size.

Never had any foals.

Learning the ropes. Green broke to drive.

Very willing to learn more!

Gets along with most horses, hard to keep clean.

On the thin side, needs to gain weight.

Long legs, good future jumper?

Prefers to be in a stall with her lik-it.....

Eats far to much, owners must sell.

Double registered middle aged chestnut mare, Foals out well, with little complications. Foaling 3 colts and one filly that are all show quality.. shes a little on the thin side in the summer, but she fills up well in the winter.

. Easy keeper/doesent need fancy food, will eat just about anything. Loves to be outside, and can drive, and willing to please. Will not stand for any stallion..Must take her stud with her.

Great thread!!

Excellent broodmare, has had 3 foals with no problems.

Gets in foal easily and has good pregnancies!

Vet said I am made to have foals!!!!!!!!!
biggrin.gif

Large B size mare.

Sorrel mare with green eyes.

Good weight but NOT in show shape!

Gets along well with others but has no tolerance for pushy mares!!!!

Is a real easy keeper, loves to eat could founder easily!!

Straight legs and teeth.

Definately not a show horse! Doesn't like to be messed with and will not tolerate being prissied up

Not good for the farrier or clipping but otherwise a good old girl.

She has some good years left!!
biggrin.gif

Good home only!

LOL

Roaning with blue eyes

Middle aged, used up old nag

drives very well, but only likes big chariots

Had 2 nice colts by unregistered grade

Tends to be low maintenace

Not moody but gives occasional kick

ABSOLUTELY not for inexperienced handler

Pet Quality

Will pay you to take!

These are soooo funny!!!

Here goes:

B size retired broodmare - sorrel with the greying gene

Has had 4 foals, 3 colts and 1 filly plus 2 adopted fillies

Loves to be outside and if I "must" be in a stall it needs lots of fresh air and windows.

Not particular about feed but would prefer a bit of chocolote every single day and

PLEASE mix my beet pulp with diet Pepsi!!!

OMG! Here we go!

A size stallion! True grey in color! Loves all the mares but getting to old to do much about it! Little over weight, bad joints, 1 bad foot, eyes getting cloudy, but still likes to look at all the little fillies!
biggrin.gif

Nope, I wouldn't use me as a stallion! Might cause me to have a heart attack!

3 yr old buttermilk buckskin mare with a long dark mane and forelock

A size, around 32"

No foals of her own but loves to be around other mare's foals

Would make a good mother once she finds the right stallion
wub.gif

Loves to get fancied up so would make a great halter mare after some slight conditioning

Needs an experienced handler as she is very stubborn at times

Good bite and straight legs

Great breeding

Loves to eat but very picky about what she eats, has a good chance to founder

Would prefer to be outside in her partially shaded pasture but likes to have free access to her stall (with ac/heat of course
yes.gif
)

Hangs around with the stallions alot but also wants mare time
smile.gif

A little unsure of new herd members until she gets to know them

Stands well for the farrier but tries to kick the vet whenever she has a chance
biggrin.gif

Loves to be groomed and messed with

Ha! I miss a day and all heck breaks loose. This is a riot!

My add would read:

For Sale one B sized mini

Good companion animal

Has been spayed, but would make a great pet

Teaches young ones well

Has produced four stallions and one filly

Was a gorgeoius show horse with great breeding,

but looks very much a tired broodmare

Not a picky eater and an in your pocket type animal

This gorgeous green eyed bay, still has good years left

She is still active at the age of 32.

hahaha too funny.....

here goes...

young B size (altho my mom responded we were A) bay roan with a magical color changing ability. easy keeper, could stand to lose some weight, but hey lots of people have chubby broodmares!!

Free to good home

Alpha mare with bad attitude, bossy, butcher fat.

Never foaled, bad with stallions and likes a single horse family.

All offers considered as not worth the bullit to shoot her

This thread has been a hoot to read!

Here's mine:

For Sale:

One A sized middle-aged Silver Buckskin Mare. Fairly easy keeper, but currently in good weight for going into winter! Unfortunately barren, but has proved to be an excellent nurse-mare for other mare's foals. Straight legs, a small overbite. Enjoys the company of her stallion, so recommend that stallion be sold with mare.

"B" Golden Palomino mare with blue eyes. Long, flowing mane.

Friendly, sensitive, loving and very devoted.

Broke to drive. Enjoys showing.

Doesn't care for foals. (Prefers the company of geldings!)

biggrin.gif

Hm, after reading the others I guess I'd better add:

Classic Arabian style.
