I am shopping for a new show halter for Mabel for this year. I would like your opinions on which of these is most suitable for her color and features. She is a silver bay pinto but mostly white.

I like simple elegance personally, and would choose the black and gold.

Black and silver, has always been a favorite color combo.

Black and silver. I leave the bronze/gold halters for the red horses (sorrel/chestnut).

My vote is for the black and gold. I think it would look very nice on her.

I would get one with a light blue insert, to show off her eyes.

Any suggestions on where to shop Andrea? I like the closed rings and the workmanship of the Billy Royal's but I don't think they have blue in this style.

Lori I like the black and gold. Mabel is such a pretty filly she would look good in any one of those.

I like the blk and gold if she keeps her red coloring but if she clips out more grey then I would go blk and silver

I like the black and gold too

That is a great idea ("trying" them on), you can really get an idea of what will work, I love it!

Her head is so fancy that I kind of like the plain black one. It would let "her" shine and not distract from her head.

Or the black and gold.
