Mercy's birthday today

The horse who changed my life for the better turned 14 today. She got a chance to jump (she loves to jump) and to get an apple and some carrots and peppermints (her favorite).

I don't know where the time went...

Thank you! She will be at Area One this year... just had to dust her off and test out my knee with its new brace...

along with my Shetland Nefertiti and Freedom. It may be our only mini/pony show this year.

Robin - she now appears in the Adams Media book A Cup of Comfort for Horse Lovers... I still try to write when the mood strikes me and the current herd of girls I have are a bunch of characters.

Mercy still rules the roost - she will stand at the run in door and have everyone cowering in the back by giving one of her "looks."
