My 5 year old son was so excited about trick-or-treating, and a friend of mine suggested I take my miniature horse, Magic, and his cart along. I liked the idea....it would give him an interesting experience, it would be fun, and it would please lots of children who don't get to see/touch horses every day. Magic was WONDERFUL, and it really was a lot of fun!

Once it got dark, I had a red LED flashing light to put on the back of the cart, reflectors all over the cart, and I bought some glowsticks to put on Magic himself. It was a really fun experience! I had a pair of devil horns on Magic, and my friend brought a foster dog she has all decked out in a devil costume!

Thought I would share some photos.

Too Cute! I was planning on taking one of ours trick or treating this year.. was going to dress up as a cowgirl and walk one of ours around handing out candy.. Didn't get too as we had someone buy our 2007 filly and we promised to drop her off the same night as trick or treat.. always next year!

I often check thru here real quick before I go to bed, and I'm often brushing my teeth as I'm checking - I saw your stupid reply and spit toothpaste all over while laughing

That is just precious. And Alex can't be that old all ready, can he? I LOVE the devil horns on your gelding. Just too cute.

Thanks all! Somehow I lost this post....lol

Yeah Tami.... KINDERGARTEN this year! Wow, eh?

And oh my gosh...how could I not have noticed the "munchkin" standing on his butt! Wasn't that just perfect! LOL.... yes, that is my son. All those superhero guys are the same to me....but I won't tell him someone thought he was Spiderman....LOL....he was a power ranger. Had those fake muscles and all...it was cute. OH BOY did we have a great time!

And THANK YOU for the compliment on my harnessing job! I'm still pretty new to this..... and think I'm close to getting it right!

Angie
