Take good care of yourself during this difficult time. You are stressed and hospitals are a germ-ridden environment and mom won't want you getting sick too.

HI everyone thank you so much for your prayers and good wishes ....

Update 12;28 am tuesday morning sorry it has taken me so long to get an update up I have been in the hospital since 7 am and just got back home about 45 minutes ago...Mom is doing better they moved her out of icu this evening and put her on a regular wing of the hospital ...they are starting to get a handle on her sugar levels , they seem to think this was all brought on by an infection somewhere they took blood cultures and said they could not say for sure for 48 to 72 hrs when they get the culture results back...

They do think that when she passed out since she was out for so long that may have also caused her to have a slight heartattack her enzym's for her heart are still elevated and that is why they think she also had a heart attack...they now have her sugar levels down to 178 normal range is between 79 and 129 so she is getting close..They are also working on lowering some levels like her blood pressure it is running 170/67 they said they would like to see that come down some more..Mom is real tired and sleepy so i'm hoping with her resting it will help her recovery..thanks all for giving me a place to turn i really appreciate it ...
