need good equine dentist who does minis

Can anyone recommend a good equine dentist that has the smaller tools/speculum for the minis? I'm just not sure that using the larger speculum would be such a good idea for my guy. Has anyone had to have the larger speculum/tools used with their minis? Thanks. p.s. he won't be sedated.
