hello again ,
just a quick note, to aknowledge my husbands good work . A few days ago he saw me struggeling to level the ground for a round pen . Yesterday, a man that he had telephoned came out with his tractor , and leveled the area for me . He also made a big hole and burried my pile of shavings and poop , so I would have a beautiful clean pasture and work area. It took the entire day , and cost Lorenz a lot of money , but now I have a beautiful ( although a little too small) sand filled (10 inches) round/ oval pen.
He now asks me before giving food, and seems to be a lot more relaxed about the ponys. I have stopped talking so much about them , and have had time (now that the hotel is closed for the season)to give hubby a lot more TLC... Looking back ..I think we were both very tired , and stressed , and both felt a little ignored ....I was filling up with pony love , and he was just running on empty... Hope we can learn from this , and try to aviod this situation next season.
