I absolutly LOVE showing my mares and had alwaysed told myself after showing my girls that I wasnt interested in showing a gelding....

Well, a favourite Stud of mine was gelded a few months ago.

He was shown as a 2yr old for double supreme then went off to the breeding pastures for 3 years.

I was selling him for his owner..

sooo....what did I go and do?

Yup.....Meet Tycoon.....5yrs, 30" of him!

As a yearling

Taken to day as a 5yr old. Unconditioned pretty much.

He has the biggest eyes!!

I am sooo thrilled with him. He is soooo super quiet now(we was a very full on boy)

He arrived this afternoon and I am already so attached to him!!

I am planning to have him broken to harness over the winter, and will start jump training with him very soon

He will be my halter/show jumper gelding

I think he really has that look at me presence and is pretty good proportions for a 30"

I have my first show with him on the 16th/17th, then the following weekend another show and then again the next weekend, but its a 5hour drive to get ther
