You can come here. In Arkansas we have a saying if you don't like the weather just wait awhile and it will change for you. So far this week we have been down to 12 degrees and now we are up to 65 degrees. I guess we don't know whether to go south or go north for the winter.

Brrrrrrrr!! 4 degrees here this morning. Forecasters are calling for 3-5 inches of snow starting tomorrow morning and then freezing rain & sleet. COME ON SPRING!!!! My S-I-L moved to Florida a couple of months ago. Her Christmas card showed palm trees with a hammock strung in between. The hammock had Christmas presents in it. Wanted to knock her out!!! I'm ready to move anywhere warm where there are no hurricanes or tornadoes!!!

Yikes, That does sound cold! You are welcome to move up here.. It is 38 degrees right now, at 7:13 am and will probably warm up to the mid 80's again.. Summer time can be a bit try though.
