I personally like all three of them for different reasons, he is beautiful! Congratulations on your winnings!

I made you a collage to show you what I would do if I had to chose. You are welcome to use it on your website if you would like.

For future reference and to show you the collage with a border, I saved it on a webpage for you also: Blessing Farm Collage

Gena, THANK YOU! That is so beautiful. I am totally inept with a computer and have no idea how to do that it looks awesome! Linda

Linda:

That collage done by Gena is outstanding. That's the way to go. I do agree with making the first photo the featured one.

By the way, was it Fred's sire or his dam that descended from a seahorse? What a neck!

I love all the pictures and the collage done by Gena is PRICELESS! What a gift!!

Linda, what color is your stallion? How perfect he is!!!

Joyce, (close by to you in New Hampshire)!

Well I had the same idea as Gena and while I was off playing with a photo collage she made you a beautiful one! Anyway, mine is different so I will post it too...

Bob you are right!! Fred must have a seahorse parent!! LOL

I like #3 the best. It shows his action SO WELL!!! The points of the knee and hock are at the same level and the legs on the ground look like posts.....IMO that's THE one! I just love the way he carries himself. The collages that have been done are really great! What talent on this board....horse AND human

He is stunning Linda - I would be happy with any of those pix -- and Gena did an outstanding job with her collage of him - as usual - FIRST CLASS all the way.

I like the 1st and 2nd picture. The first obviously gives a better side view. But I like the second because it shows his nice head and shows his ears better. I also prefer the second because if you look closely he is almost completely off the ground with all for legs, which looks pretty cool, and shows off his suspension. Even though you can't see much of his side I still think it shows him off a bit better than the other 2 pictures. I think the first two pictures are more conducive to imagining him in a nice poetic motion. The third picture almost looks posed because of the timing of the shot.

EDIT***** I just looked at the pictures again. And In the second picture he IS completely off the ground on all 4 legs. It also shows his champion ribbon nicely, where as the third picture the ribbon looks like it is blowing away.

Ok I have no self control at all. Was killing time waiting for the time to wind down on an ebay item so I started playing.

I think you need to use the collage of all three......and boy do we have some talented people on this forum! I have got to learn how to do collage's! Of the three presented......I really like Gena's the best, it really showcases the horse.

WOW!, is all I can say. You are all so incredible and have given me so many ideas to use. I never tend to pay attention to photos at shows and these seemed to jump out at me, but my idea of good may not be the same as someone elses. The past years I have spent showing him it never occurred to me to really promote him, all I really wanted to do was enjoy him. It hit home this year to me that I should promote my horse because I want to do what is fair for him and THANK YOU ALL for the nice things you have said about Fred. Bob, he doesn't have the neck of a seahorse though its more like a sea serpent. He can snake and twist it so fast its not funny and its usually to his great amusement to grab my foot while I'm walking. Great sense of humor he has and always at my expense [i'm in bigger trouble than you know as his son has the same sense of humor]. My husband thinks its a riot. Joyce, he is a black bay and he is 34" and amha/amhr registered. This year I plan on doing some amha shows with him just for fun. He has never been shown amha only amhr. Better late than never though as he is now 12 years old and just as much fun as when we started. He keeps me on my toes let me tell you! I am totally in awe of the collages [especially Gena's] because I as so computer illiterate its not funny. Thank you all again you have really made my day special. Linda
