:aktion033: Cangratulations Tami, VERY pretty color, and it will be fun to find out what's under all that hair in a few weeks. Kinda like putting a wrapped package under the Christmas tree and just tearing a little corner off the package, isn't it? Are you going to the meeting in Bloomington on Saturday? I'm kinda undecided, it's so nice I should stay home and get some stuff done outside, but????

No, we're not going to be there. I would have, but the first I heard of the meeting was on Sunday when we saw Mike Bennington at Lennies and he asked if we were going. We hadn't heard there was a meeting before that and that was too short of notice for either Bob, or I to get off work.

I'm so laughing here painthorselover. I can't even imagine ever wanting to part with her. Isn't it wild how they can just worm their way into your heart so quick? I'm just madly in love with her.

Oh, Tami! She looks even better in the sun then she did in the barn! I can't wait to get mine home! Hopefully Sunday. And since ours are related and bred to the same stallion we have to keep in touch! What did you name her for a barn name?

Congratulations!

Fran

She is absolutely darling, it'll be fun to see her shedded out this spring. I Really Love Her!

Your new little girl is gorgeous! She reminds me so much of my buckskin girl Brie! In the winter Brie is a buttermilk buckskin but in the summer she is a golden buckskin with dapples.

OMG Ferin, you and Brie so have my clipper fingers itchy! If I could I'd run out to the barn right now and drag miss thing's butt into the aisle and clip her down.LMAO. Too bad it's only the end of February. I am so wanting to see what she looks like under all that fuzz.

Brie is just beautiful!

Fran-I know (giddy laughter here), I am so in love with her. I know you're going to just love yours too. I'm calling her April. I didn't think I'd keep that as a barn name, but its so springy, and somehow seems to fit herl... so April it is.

Pretty, pretty girl!

I agree with DisneyHorse -- she isn't Buttermilk at all. She is a DEEP DEEP GOLD buckskin. The buckskins and palominos typically turn lighter in their winter coats.

Wow, very nice little girl, can see why you bought her. I to can't wait to see her clip.

Vicky

Congratulations on her.

I think she is LOVELY and I WANT HER!!!!! I zm betting she will be light like a buttermilk with dark points, my favorite!!!
