Has anyone set rhinestones? What do you use, the glue on ones or the ones with metal jackets that you use a setter with? Thanks, Kathy

Martha Stewart did a show the other day showing how to jazz up jeans and jackets with rhinestones and she used the tool and set them. I would be afraid the glue wouldn't hold.

Thats what I saw too, but on some of the show clothes they glue them on, thats why I was wondering if anyone had done it or used them. Thanks, Kathy

Oh this is right up my alley!!! I just got this great thing called BeJeweler for Christmas and it is great for adding rhinestones to anythiing!!!! It has a tip that heats up and you put the jewel in it and the jewel already has glue on it, so when you put it on the tip it heats and then you just put it where you want it!

I saw that one on ebay I think, I was wondering which method would hold up better on the clothes with all the washing. Thanks, Kathy

Your supposed to be able to wash all your garments after applying the jewels without them coming off.. So far so good here! :aktion033:
