Ok, well im home from work(lucky me sick with the flue again this year). Anyway thought I would post a question before I go to bed.

At my job I hang sash. Which means my arms are in a constant motion from wast high up above my head daily.

Well my shoulder has always been sore at days end.

A while back my should every once in awhile would pop when I did the job. I was off the job and on a different one for 6 weeks. Didnt think anything of it as it was only once in awhile.

Now I am back to my job and its acting up again. I would say a few times daily that it does this. By days end my shoulder is so sore and has worked its way down my elbow to my wrists(which I already have carple tunnel in ) so that dont help.

Anybody have any idea what this could be? I dont really wanna go to the doc unless necessary, as I will probably get put on light duty and I cant do that.

I can't help with her shoulder but I had an MRI for my hip on Monday (pain and popping) and I have a "loose body" floating around in there causing this pain. I will have to have surgery to have it removed. I know rotator cuff injuries can cause that in shoulders. Are you tender over the big bone - could it be bursitis?

Not too long ago I got a job (and quit!) as an overnight stocker .... and my shoulders have been popping since. Sometimes it's also as if I can feel like the joint is not totally in place until I move my arm a certain way and hear it pop. Only mine isn't painful at all..... I have no idea why or what it is.... and of course I am not the type to go to the doctor to find out.

Well I don't think I can help too much but I do think you should have it looked at. Just to be on the safe side.

When I was 18 I fell off an Arabian going at a good clip and landed on my right shoulder(neck and head). Now that I'm abit older that shoulder hurts bad and right down to my elbow. But usually only when I was working it hard with alot of lifting up over my head. I can pop it like crazy, almost out of socket if I try. Like right now with my arm outstretched touching the mouse I can pop it

.

Could it be an old injury comming back to bother you?

Mabey try some streching before that job to see if you can loosen things up abit.

Good luck!
