Since the Super Bowl came up...

I'm fixing Macho Nachos, Chile Rellano bake, some Rotel dip, some cool dips for chips and veggies, and a veggie plate. Maybe stuffed mushrooms, too. The food is my almost favorite part. The commercials are my favorite.

Edited to add Red Beans and Rice. That is a suberbowl staple.

We will be having 5-6 people (including us), so I don't go too overboard. We'll have a shrimp ring, egg rolls, chicken wings, nachos, bruschetta plus snack foods like chips and dip. Also, any kind of beverage you want, short of a margarita or daquiri - we've got everything!

Speaking of bruschetta, anybody have an easy recipe for it?
