Speaking of Convention, can we send a PROXY?

I'm not able to attend Convention this year, but I'd sure like to be able to vote on several issues. Are we allowed to send a Proxy and, if so, how do we go about doing it? If not, why not?

not an official answer for sure but I was told years ago that you can NOT vote by proxy at convention.

Maybe this will bump it up so a director can give an absolute answer

It is also my understanding that you have to be at Convention in order to vote on proposals but maybe someone can for sure let us know that is the case?

If you cannot attend Convention I would suggest that you let your area directors know your feelings on the proposed rule changes.
