Anyone ever been there or have any experience with them? Seems every time I talk to them I get negative vibes. Maybe it's just me but they seem to have a lot of rules.

if you remember correctly, which I understand is hard for a man of your age!!LOL
When we were attempting to work with them we had a heck of a time getting the same story from them each time we talked with them.
