But Jill you know everyone who doesn't support Obama is a racist. If you don't believe it just ask any of his supporters. It it couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fact that we think someone else is the better candidate; or that we have a right to choose.

Darn... Now everyone's going to know we're really just voting for whitey

I find it interesting that the one thing you picked out of my post was my reference to his mixed heritage. Even though I doubt anyone here is racist, if anything this election has shown us racism is still alive and well in this nation. Being 'mixed' can still be a hurdle.

Lowrise, just that you'd throw Obama's race into your comment to me insinuates that you're calling me and others here racists. I'm not, and don't think anyone else that's been participating in these discussions is.

Flat out, I don't think someone with such limited experience who has never run ANYTHING in his life other than a campaign funded on broken promises, who has demonstrated through many of his own remarks a dangerous naivety, and who has surrounded himself with racists, terrorists and corrupt organizations (if nothing else, he clearly lacks good judgment) is the right person to lead our Nation. I think he IS a scary prospect for our Country.

Please do not try to shrug off the depth and reality of these concerns, held by MANY, by playing the race card. That is very insulting and pointlessly inflammatory.

Jill, I was going to try and reply to it, but I think for now it's just easier for me to adopt the 'what's the point?' attitude some others have. Nothing I say to you, no amount of facts or links or information is going to change your mind, so I'm going to save my fingers the trouble.

That's fine Lowrise, however, you know the issue I'm talking about "with you" now has nothing to do with the politicians and everything to do with you implying I'm a racist.
