Here are some photos of Sugar. I've had her for 10ish days now. Blood test results come back on Friday. I'll be notified via email. And I sooooo can't wait. This has been such a long slow week for me. UGH. lol I want to know. I hope it comes back with a NOT pregnant result.

I hope she turn out not pregnant for you, but can see why your concerned.

What is her udder area doing? Can you get a picture of it and post?

She is a pretty girl and looks much better already!

Best wishes with her!

No udder development.

I really don't want her to be pregnant. But if she is then she is. Nothing we can do about it now. But I will have my vets number on speed dial!

She looks much less bloated. Maybe she isn't pregnant and just had the Malnourished large belly thing. Here's hoping. It would be horrible for her to be pregnant at her age.

She looks like such an adorable little girl! She had the sweetest looking face and I just love her color. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she's not bred.

I'm so glad she found a home with you!

She is looking better and less pregnant to me from those pictures.

She looks bigger to me....especially from those top views... but of course I do see her in person. With pictures you only get one angle.

When I got her.

Now.

Oh dear, she does look much bigger. Is she getting plenty of protein? She still seems thin on 'top' - big belly but ribby but to me her hair coat is starting to look better already than when you got her.

How long have you had her now? I have forgotten........

It'll be 2 weeks on Sunday. She was wormed. Just had some tiny red worms in her poop. No white round worms...which surprised me.

Yea, she still ribby but gaining wait. I don't have her on a specific grain as of yet. Been researching what is available near us and unfortunately I wont have a big variety of feeds to choose from, going by what I have found so far.

I think she looks bigger too, and like the foal is moving back already. She has no udder development at all? I really hope she is just wormy and malnourished because she is too thin and too young to be pregnant! Great job on helping her so far though...she looks much better!!!

:yeah

Nope there's no udder development. I'll know tomorrow if she's preggers or not. I doubt I'm going to sleep very well tonight.

She does look bigger when you put the pictures right by each other like that. I guess I was accurately remembering what she looked like before. Well, we will be anxious to hear what the test results are tomorrow.

I understand having limited feeds available... Until 3 months ago, I had one elevator with a senior feed, COB and a complete feed (the other feed store closed 2 years ago) and a Progressive dealer that carries limited selection (but he carries what I want, so I feed Progressive); then a Purina dealer opened up and they carry 7-8 Purina products, but are very expensive (so I'll stick with the Progressive).

Today is the day.

Our elevator is good at ordering stuff, if they can get it. They are super nice to so that's an added bonus. I like doing business with nice people. That's why we quit with the lucerne elevator. They were nice, but they were NOT prompt about getting my feed in. Took them a friggin month to get my horse feed. UGH. Never again will I go through them to get feed.

Ugh, waiting is the pits, isn't it??

Hope it's good news but hey, we'll all help if we can if it isn't.

Can you get Beet Pulp??

Yo can worm her again, now, BTW, and I would recommend the Panacur five day.
