Thanks everyone for the well wishes last night.

Lilly Bug finally foaled at about 6:30 this morning. Both Lilly and her filly, Doodlebug are doing well. Here is a very wet picture of her, along with her mom, and Savannah and the puppy who is eating the afterbirth ( yuk). Sire is WF Shameless, and Dam is Westwoods Hot Little Whirlwind.

Please excuse the barn mess, we are pretty much underwater here, and alots of stuff is crammed in there.

Congratulations! Did you encounter the same problem with her that her dam had? Just asking because I have a filly here that I would like to breed but have held off because her dam had a bit of trouble delivering. Would like to hear your experience.

Jodi,No problems whatsoever!!! As a matter of fact, My monitor decided to not work last night, so I was getting up hourly to make sure she was ok. I was just peeking out the window as to not disturb labor. Well, I missed it, and all was well. Thanks for asking, I was very curious about that, too.
