We Had A Mountain Slide

We heard the Life Force Choppers pass over the house in the middle of the night and knew something bad had happened. I'm so glad it's not my road but its too close for comfort. I hate that road with a passion and I hardly ever go that way because there is always falling rock there. Well the whole thing finally gave way which isn't really that much of a surprise to most of us. They aren't reporting yet on the victims at all. Its a good thing it happened so late because during the day, this is a very busy road with heavy traffic and many more people would have been hurt.

How frightening! We have these kinds of slides from time to time along Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. (There are always smaller falling rocks.)

They didn't mention any injuries--I sure hope no one was hurt.
