What color is this filly?

I was wondering what color to register this filly.

She has a dorsal stripe.

It may help to know what color her parents are.

I don't believe she's black. She could be either liver chestnut or a silver bay with counter shading.

Another "possibility" would be "smokey black".

It's really hard to give "good" guesses on colors without knowing colors of parents, as some colors OFTEN can "mimic" other colors. By knowing the parent's colors....you can come up with a good "educated" guess.

What color are parents. These are pintos not paints. Paint is a registry for quarter horses and apendix quarter horses and ponies that are pinto.
